Accommodation in Lviv is still quite hard to find if you are looking for something that wont cost you upwards of 50 Euro a night and you don't want to stay in one of the old communist intourist hotels.

Homestays: Prices ranging from 10-16 Euro/Night
Adzika arranges stays in flats,which are somewhat like a bed and breakfast - and all of which are located in the city center. If you stay with one of the owners (normally an older landlady), you will still have free run of the place and can come and go as you please. More often than not clients comment on how nice and helpful the hosts are.
There are no check-in or out times for any of the flats. Nor are there curfews. Bed-linen is provided in each of the flats, although it is suggested that you bring your own towel.
In each flat you will have fully-fitted kitchens and bathrooms. You are encouraged to make yourself at home in all of the flats and we only ask that you be respectful to the owners and their property.
All flats are located in the center of the city. The furthest one from the main square is only a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
A few of the flats we offer have running water only 4 hours a day, from 6-8am and then again from 6-8pm. If this is a major inconvenience, please let us know when booking and we will arrange accommodation in one of the flats with all day water.
Private Apartments: Prices start from 30 Euro/Night
Adzika offers a range of private apartments all located within the center of Lviv. They range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom and can accommodate individuals, couples and small groups (ie. 10 persons).
Hostel Stays: Prices start from 12 Euro/Night
Hostels are a very new addition to the Lviv scene. Adzika works directly with the newest of the hostels in Lviv - which is the only hostel owned and run by a native speaker of English. Newly renovated, the hostel offers everything one would expect from a full fledged western hostel.

A nice flat located a 10 minute walk from the city center. Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Lviv. The landlady will give you the keys and thus you will have the place to yourself. 2 rooms for 6 people (the first one for 2 people, the second one for 4).
